Job Description

  • Experience in building solutions and implementing CCaaS
  • Experience in implementation of Contact Center Solutions/Systems.
  • Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors are highly desired.
  • Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
  • Write clean, testable code using Java or .NET programming languages and open source technologies like Angular and React
  • Develop technical specifications
  • Test and debug various applications and API s
  • Review and refactor code
  • Deploy fully functional applications
Primary Skill
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in multi-client BPO provider with Contact Center Technology platforms predominantly having worked on Amazon Connect and platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and any other CRM platforms with additional experience in cloud platforms
  • Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors are highly desired.
Secondary Skill
  • Deploy fully functional applications
  • Upgrade and maintain existing programs and technologies
