Job Description
- Experience in building solutions and implementing CCaaS
- Experience in implementation of Contact Center Solutions/Systems.
- Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco, or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors are highly desired.
- Analyze system requirements and prioritize tasks
- Write clean, testable code using Java or .NET programming languages and open source technologies like Angular and React
- Develop technical specifications
- Test and debug various applications and API s
- Review and refactor code
- Deploy fully functional applications
Primary Skill
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in multi-client BPO provider with Contact Center Technology platforms predominantly having worked on Amazon Connect and platforms like ServiceNow, Zendesk, and any other CRM platforms with additional experience in cloud platforms
- Experience with NICE inContact, Five9, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Talkdesk, Genesys, Avaya, Cisco or any other SaaS contact center solutions vendors are highly desired.
